A 4000 sq ft, 150 covers, high end free style dinning restaurant & bar, serving North Indian,Conti, Italian, oriental cuisine with amazing cocktails, shakes & mocktails.

Set up the entire place , with complete layout & specification of kitchen, bar, ducting, complete details of crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, accessories, stationery, copiled the food & beverage menus, recruited & trained the entire team, organized food & beverage tasting for director’s family , friends & finally launched the restaurant successfully in June 2018. An 1800 sq ft, 80 covers, pure veg, world cuisine, casual dinning restaurant.

Setup the entire restaurant with ducting, equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, accessories, stationery, compiled the food & beverage menus, recruited & trained the staff, organized food & beverage tasting for director’s family & friends, finally launched the restaurant in September 2018. running successfully sice since September 2018. A sister concern of SHURUWAT, a pure veg restaurant at vidya vihar west, Mumbai.

A recently opened, very successful pure veg 40 covers, casual dining restaurant in Vidya Vihar west, serving south Indian, Pav Bhaji cappuccino, Baked Pav Bhaji, Chinese, sizzlers, Pani Puris and many more delicacies.

Made the menu of food & beverage, Concept development, layout of the kitchen, ducting, equipment details, complete requisition of crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils, accessories, set up the entire place including the store, arranged and trained the entire kitchen team & some service staff including the manager, gave complete requisition of food & beverage raw materials . A global cuisine 80 covers, casual dining restaurant in Hiranandani estate, thane west. Opened on 20th January 2018. Set up the entire place, right from kitchen to Non Alcoholic Bar, made food & beverage menu, gave entire equipment details with ducting, crockery, Cutlery, glassware, utensils, accessories detailed requisition, complete detailing of food & Beverage raw materials, setup the entire place including the store, arranged, recruited & trained the kitchen & some service boys including the manager, organized food & beverage tasting for family, friends & food bloggers.
